We use HubSpot Academy as part of our continuing education process. The academy has courses on everything inbound marketing related and even how to use HubSpot and all of its unique tools.
Using HubSpot Academy has made it easy for our team at Grey Matter to learn together and track progress as we continue to be inbound marketing experts. We find it incredibly helpful with the onboarding of new employees and to keep the team up to date on the software and the industry.
Most courses within the academy include video presentations with experts from HubSpot and within the sales and marketing industries, providing content that is easy to digest for even beginners. There are also short quizzes to test your knowledge, and often, there are activities to complete within HubSpot. Once each team member completes a course, they get a certification in the subject and a badge in their academy dashboard so their other team members can see how far along everyone is.
HubSpot has tons of tools to make your sales processes easier, faster, and less time-consuming. One of our favorite tools is called sequences. In sequences, email sequences, follow-ups, etc., are simplified.
Setup is simple, just create the emails and frequency at which they send, upload your contact list, whether for cold emails, follow-ups, email marketing, etc., and HubSpot does the rest.

We use the social tool to maintain our content calendar for all of our social media accounts. All we have to do is curate the content and HubSpot will schedule it for the best time.
The other tool we use the most is the ads manager. We can track, change, and manage all of our ads across the web all in one place, making it easy to see spend and performance. HubSpot marketing tools have made managing all of our marketing efforts so much more powerful without the extra effort.
